At Simply Furniture, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Each piece is manufactured with attention to detail and care. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow returns only in the event of manufacturing defects or transit damages, subject to the terms below.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any orders once confirmed and processed. Every product is made or packed specifically for each customer, and as such, is not eligible for a monetary refund under any circumstances.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a replacement or exchange only if:
The product has a clear manufacturing defect
The item was damaged during transit
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
All claims must be supported by photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.
3. Exchange Window
If your return request is approved, we offer a free exchange within 15 days of delivery. We will either repair the item or replace it with the same model or one of equal value.
4. What is Not Covered
The following scenarios are not eligible for return/exchange:
Minor color or texture variations (natural to wood and fabric)
Damage caused due to improper use or handling
Furniture that has been used, altered, or assembled
Delay in delivery due to external factors (weather, transport, etc.)
5. Return Process
To initiate a return request:

Attach clear photos/videos of the defect/damage
Await confirmation and instructions from our support team
6. Shipping for Exchanges
If eligible, Simply Furniture will arrange reverse pickup at no additional cost to the customer.
In certain cases, you may be asked to retain original packaging for safe return.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-cancellable.
