Delivery timelines vary by location and product. Ready-made items are usually shipped within 2–5 working days, while custom furniture may take 2-3 weeks, depending on complexity.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes! All large furniture items come with free installation in serviceable locations. Our team will set it up for you at the time of delivery.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do allow exchanges within 15 days only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages during shipping. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if any issue is found.
Do you offer warranties on furniture?

Can I visit your showroom or factory?
We currently operate on a direct-to-customer (D2C) model to keep prices low, but factory visits can be arranged by appointment for bulk or custom orders.
